Strawberry-Raspberry Chia Puddings

This Raspberry-Strawberry Protein Chia Pudding is easy, healthy, and perfectly pink. Best part? You prep it the night before!

These tiny chia seeds are fiber powerhouses! Just 2 tablespoons give you about 10g of fiber, which helps keep you full and your energy steady all morning


  • 5 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2/3 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and raspberries

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • pinch of salt


Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours for chia seeds to absorb the liquid.

Top with more berries and granola, if desired.
